This is the video for Green Eggs and Ham. If you were not there on Tuesday try your best to learn the dance for our next rehearsal (Friday March 9th). There is not enough time for me to reteach the dance nor should I have to. So learn it! If you were there on Tuesday, practice! Have questions prepared and be on time because we’re starting right at 3:00. Practice as much as you can!

Keep an eye open. We have added a new page to our website to specifically help the cast and crew get ready for the show. Ticket information will be coming soon. In the meantime, come out to our Fine Arts Recital for students who have been taking music, dance, and/or voice lessons. The event is scheduled for Saturday, March 17 (St. Patrick’s Day) at 2pm in the Fountain of Life auditorium. There will be a reception afterwards.

This is the video for “Oh The Thinks You Can Think” for the ending. Remember the front line starts the “Oh the thinks you can think” with the right arm on the first “Oh The thinks you can think” (as shown in the video). The back line starts with the left arm on the second “Oh the thinks you can think.” On the last “Oh the thinks you can think” everyone uses the right arm. Hopefully this makes sense. Please practice!

We are so excited to work on a Music Theatre International (MTI) production this year. Seussical the Musical is a wonderful combination of Dr. Seuss stories and song. The way it is woven together, you would think Dr. Seuss intended all of his stories to be combined into one fabulous adventurous tale. We will be doing the junior (JR) version of the show, which means the show runs about 90 minutes without intermission. Save the dates: May 4 and 5.

We are a month away from this year’s production, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. The students have been working diligently in preparation for our three performances (including most of the actors and some of the crew taking a three-hour stage combat workshop with the president of Speech Theatre Association of NJ, Chuck Miller). This year we have added new layers in which the students have been able to participate. Both the graphic design and costuming classes are preparing items for the show. We have student marketing, makeup, and hair teams. The after school music production group, Life Music, is working on scene change music. With all those involved, there are almost 60 students between sixth and twelfth grades involved. That is almost a third of the whole upper school. The actual performances will be completely run by the students.
We have also added new people to our adult production staff, including:
